Equipment needed: Long Pants, long-sleeved shirt with a collar, shoes to swim in, towel, and something to place your wet clothes in after class. (trashbag)

Basic Fire Fighting (16 Hours). This course is designed to train all seafarers in minimizing the risk of fire, maintaining state of readiness to respond to fires, and fighting and extinguishing fires.

Equipment needed: Work Clothes and shoes (something you don't mind getting wet) sun screen, and a hat.

Elementary First Aid / CPR (8 Hours). This course is designed to train all seafarers in providing lifesaving first aid until the arrival of more qualified medical personnel.

Personal Safety and Social Responsibility (PSSR)
